How can I modify or cancel an order after I paid?
If you decide that you want another style or color or just simply want to cancel your order after you’ve completed it online, you MUST contact our Customer Service Department immediately within 24 HOURS of placing the order, by calling 510-670-0808 or emailing to email@example.com. This is the only way to modify or cancel your order. If you should decide to return the order or refuse the order after it has been shipped, you will still be responsible for paying the shipping costs to and from your location. This total combined amount will be deducted from your original order refund.
How can I track my order?
First, you will receive an email from PAYPAL confirming that your order has been successfully transmitted. Then, you will receive another email showing that your order has been shipped out and it will include the tracking number for your package.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, you can call Customer Service toll free at 510-670-0808, Monday-Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 PM PST, excluding major holidays. Please have your styles number on hand, as well as shipping/billing/credit card information.
How soon will I receive my order?
After you place your order by 11:59pm PST USA, it will take 2-3 business days to process your order and we will ship immediately thereafter pending availability and credit card verification. A customer representative will contact you if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit card verification. Below you will find the breakdown for domestic and international shipping information.
Item availability / Sold Out Items
In the event that your ordered an item that is out of stock or sold out, we will notify you via e-mail immediately after you placed the order. Any changes will be reflected in your total order as well as your shipping confirmation via email. On the website, when an item is sold out or unavailable, it will clearly state that it's "sold out." For all SOLD OUT items, you can contact us directly and we can inform you of the items' soonest available date.
What domestic shipping options are available and what are the costs?
We only offer 1 choice for domestic shipping: USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL (1-5 business days). If you order over $75, we will ship your order for free and will use USPS or other companies. Shipping cost depends on destination, invoice total, and weight of package. However, Clip-rite.com is now offering FREE USPS shipping on all orders above $75.00* shipped within the 50 states including Hawaii & Alaska. Orders below $75.00 will be charged a separate fee depending on order amount. These shipping charges are automatically calculated in your shopping cart.

If you need rush delivery on your order, please contact us directly for rates. If for some reason or another you decide to refuse the shipment from Clip-rite.com, you will still be responsible in paying for the original shipping costs. You will also be responsible for paying the cost of shipping the merchandise back to Clip-rite.com. This total combined amount will be deducted from your original order refund.
* In the event that you decide to return your order for partial or full refund, and the gross sales becomes less than $75, then the shipping fee will be applied towards your refund.
What international shipping options are available and what are the costs?
All International shipment will go through USPS (Postal Service Air Parcel Post (4-10 business days)). During check out, your shipping rates are automatically calculated by WEIGHT and using USPS First Class Parcel Post.

** Please note that packages shipped via USPS First Class Air Parcel Post can only be insured up to $500 maximum. In case of loss or damage to the package, customer can only claim loss or damage up to $500 from USPS, even though the value of the package is for example $900. The remaining $400 difference will be at customers own expense.
Once Clip-rite.com passes on the merchandise to the chosen carrier, the customer is now the importer and she/he will be fully responsible for any additional charges such as import duties and taxes, customs clearance fees, etc. Customer will also be responsible in reporting cases of loss or damage of merchandise to the carrier and to Clip-rite.com so the problem can be resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
At times, Clip-rite may have to provide certain information about your order to the carrier, and this information may be communicated by the carrier to your country’s customs authorities to ease customs clearance and to comply with local laws.
If the order is a gift, the merchandise will be marked GIFT, and the cost of the goods will still be stated on the customs form; this information is required by Customs authorities.
If for some reason or another you decide to refuse the shipment from Clip-rite, you will still be responsible in paying for the original shipping costs plus any duties, taxes, or customs charges that are incurred with your order. You will also be responsible for paying the cost of shipping the merchandise back to Clip-rite.com. This total combined amount will be deducted from your original order refund.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know. You will have 30 days from the order receipt date to return or exchange merchandise that has not been worn or damaged, and in its original packaging and box. You will be responsible in paying for the shipping cost of sending the returned or exchanged merchandise back to us. If the merchandize is an exchange, there will be another additional charge for shipping the product back to you.* In the event that you decide to return your order for partial or full refund, and the gross sales becomes less than $75, then a $10 shipping fee will be applied towards your refund. We are not responsible for wear and tear of the product.
How do I make an exchange?
To order your exchange product, email us at and please provide your name as it appears on the order, your order number and specify the items (include style number, color, and size) on your email or call customer service at 510-670-0808, Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm PST, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Upon receiving your returned package, your exchange order, if in stock, will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. If we are out of stock on an item that you ordered, we will notify you within 2 days of receipt of package.
How do I make a return for refund?
To make a product return for refund, please email us at and provide your name as it appears on the order, your order number and specify the items (include style number, color, or size). Once we receive notice in your intent to return, please return the unused and not damaged merchandise in its original packaging and box to Clip-rite Inc. 2629 Barrington Court, Hayward, CA 94545. Upon receiving your returned package, we will issue the refund accordingly.
Where do I send my return merchandise for exchange or refund?
Please send your return for exchange or refund to: Clip-rite Inc. 2629 Barrington Court, Hayward, CA 94545. Attn: Return Department Send the package to us via Insured Services. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at our corporate office, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment. Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
What if a product color or size is not what I expected or wanted?
You can return any item if you are not completely satisfied, as long as you return within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, unused and not damaged. Although we have tried to accurately display and represent the colors and sizes of our products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, and may not be completely accurate.
When you check out, choose to pay with Paypal's "Check Out" page. You can use your credit card to purchase or sign into your Paypal account. You don't need to have a Paypal account to purchase. Once you've paid, an automatic email will be sent from us notifying you of your purchase. We will then follow-up with an email regarding your order when it's shipped with your tracking number or if we require additional information.
