We want you to love what you ordered but if for whatever reason you are not satisfied, let us know. You will have 30 days from the order receipt date to return or exchange merchandise that has not been used or damaged, and in its original packaging and box. You will be responsible in paying for the shipping cost of sending the returned or exchanged merchandise back to us. If the merchandize is an exchange, there will be another additional charge for shipping the product back to you. In the event that you decide to return your order for partial or full refund, and the gross sales becomes less than $75, then a $8 shipping fee will be applied towards your refund. After you place your order by 11:59pm PST USA, it will take 2-3 business days to process your order and we will ship immediately thereafter pending availability and credit card verification.  All orders will be shipped through USPS First Class Mail and if you need a different method, please contact us.  A customer representative will contact you if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit card verification.
